> The International Justice Project would like to thank all AI sections and
> structures that have worked and continue to work on this important issue.

> The 60th ratification is a milestone in international justice that has been
> reached much sooner than anyone expected and this is in part due to your
> excellent work lobbying your governments to ratify the Statute.

> The 60th ratification is not however the end of AI's work on this issue -
> AI will need to continue to work as actively as ever to ensure that as many
> states as possible ratify the Statute, to ensure that those governments
> that have ratified enact effective implementing legislation, to ensure that
> states parties nominate judges to the Court in a transparent process and to
> ensure the effective setting up with the Court,

> We look forward to working with you on these important issues,

> With very best regards
